macosxhints に Spotlight の検索結果で使えるショートカットキーが紹介されていました。

• macosxhints - 10.4: Select Spotlight's top hit via a shortcut
• macosxhints - 10.4: More Spotlight results keyboard shortcuts

右上の Spotlight 検索バーから検索して、ショートカットキーを押すと各項目に移動します。

• command : トップヒットを選択
• command + ↑/↓ : カテゴリ間で移動
• ctrl + ↑/↓ : 全てを表示、Spotlight 環境設定を選択
• ctrl | command + ←/→ : 検索フィールドの行頭、行末移動
